Refund policy

In the unlikely event that a product doesn't meet your expectations or isn't compatible, you may return it (for non-volume purchases) within 14 days of purchase from Tap Cultural. Returns must include a receipt, and the product should be in its original condition, complete with all parts, accessories, and packaging. We'll process a refund via PayNow. Please note the following:

• A return shipping fee of SGD 2.00 applies. We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience.
• All returned items are subject to inspection. Upon approval, we'll issue a full refund or exchange.

For volume purchases, we recommend testing compatibility by unsealing only one item first. Full refunds will be accepted only if one unsealed item is returned alongside the remaining sealed products in their original packaging. This helps ensure fairness while protecting bulk buyers.
