In the unlikely event that a product doesn't meet your expectations or isn't compatible, you may return it (for non-volume purchases) within 14 days of purchase from Tap Cultural. Returns must include a receipt, and the product should be in its original condition, complete with all parts, accessories, and packaging. We'll process a full refund via PayNow. Please note the following:

• A return shipping fee of SGD 2.00 applies. We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience.
• All returned items are subject to inspection. Upon approval, we'll issue a full refund or exchange.

For volume purchases, we recommend testing compatibility by unsealing only one item first. Full refunds will be accepted only if one unsealed item is returned alongside the remaining sealed products in their original packaging. This helps ensure fairness while protecting bulk buyers.

All Tap Cultural tags are covered by a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.

The original purchase receipt must be presented for all warranty claims. Warranty claims without a valid receipt will not be accepted.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, normal wear and tear, or improper handling.
